Cooking class in Bali

I am Italian and of course I love food, I love cooking it and eating it and I think it is important to be open to  other flavors. That’s why I have decided to attend a cooking class in Ubud, Bali. The class is organized by a Balinese chef that owns a farm in the countryside, the good thing about it is that you pick up all the ingredients you need to cook in the farm and you actually know what you’re going to eat. I was in Portugal for few days but I did fall in love with the country, I definitely want to go back and find out more about the culture! The food I tried was very good, I know there ‘ s so much more to try(this is a valid reason to go back) but here’ s my favourite portuguese food so far 🙂 Sono stata in Portogallo per pochi giorni ma sono stati sufficienti per innamorarmi del Paese. One of my favourite books is “ Eat, pray , love “, I do love the part when Elizabeth , the main character, is in Rome and learn how to eat properly and sit around a table.
